Directions
We're on North College, just north of Old Town. Actually, we're practically on the boundry of what is officially defined as Old Town. We're just north of LaPort, almost on the corner. There's a flower shop on the corner, we're right next to them.

(O.K., so these aren't the most complete directions, but they should get you here.)

About Us
We officially opened for business September 8, 2006. We actually snuck our doors open about a month before that. But we didn't even have picks, so that probably doesn't count. Anyway, things have been going great ever since.

Brothers David and Hugh Wygmans, along with their wives Kristy and Marty, are the owner/operators of the store. So, The Rock Stop is a family owned music instrument and instruction store located near Old Town in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Misc.
We'd be really excited to know that you're here, but we aren't because we can't tell if you're here or not! Silly of us really. Don't you think? Drop us a line and tell us what we're missing, ask a few questions or just say "Hey!"

Shipping
We usually try to pack and ship orders within two days at the latest. However, things do happen so we tell everyone plan on two to three weeks for delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
The Rock Stop was created for musicians, by musicians. We thoroughly inspect every item in our store to make sure that it is of high quality and in top condition. We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and that it is the right purchase for you. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them for either a full refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. We can not refund or credit shipping charges. After the 14 day time period, it is up to our discretion whether we will take the item back. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased and include the original receipt, packaging, paperwork, manuals, and blank warranty card. An item cannot be returned if you have already registered it's warranty with the manufacturer. Due to certain health and legal restrictions, the following items are non-returnable except for defects in workmanship: harmonicas, earplugs, opened strings, installed pick ups, microphones, talk boxes, tubes, computer software, books, sheet music, videos, CD’s, DVD’s and used equipment.
